Will the AI answer medical or treatment questions?
No. It shares general, non-clinical information you approve (services, hours, location, policies) and routes any clinical question to your staff. It does not assess candidacy, discuss medications or predict results.
What about HIPAA and privacy?
We review your privacy requirements with you before connecting any systems. The AI is set up to collect only what’s needed to book an appointment, without access to clinical records. If your practice needs a BAA or specific safeguards, we’ll discuss them during setup.
Can it book specific services or providers?
Yes, if your calendar is organized that way. We set up your services, durations and availability so the AI only offers times that actually work.
Will it quote treatment prices?
Only the prices or ranges you approve — or none at all. If you prefer to discuss pricing at the consultation, the AI will say exactly that.
How do reminders help with no-shows?
Clients get an SMS confirmation when they book and reminders before the appointment, including your cancellation policy. Fewer forgotten appointments means fewer empty slots.
Are calls recorded?
Calls are recorded and transcribed so we can send you accurate summaries and improve your receptionist. Florida requires the consent of all parties, so every call starts with a clear recording notice in your greeting.
